Wentworth Rd Residence is a two storey three-bedroom holiday home located near William Bay in Denmark. Following a gentle landscape ridge, the elevated living space expands into the 360-degree views whilst capturing the extensive northern exposure. Undercover decks are positioned to the east and west of the living space to enable indoor-outdoor living throughout the year. A two storey volume central core connects the elevated living space with the ground floor. An earthy material palette of handmade clay bricks, weathered timber cladding and colorbond steel roofing combined with a steep roof pitch embeds the minimalist form into the expansive rural landscape. The project is anticipated for completion in late 2026.
