Located on the banks of the Wilson Inlet in Denmark, the Soter Residence includes a two storey residence, separate studio accommodation and workshop. A material palette of render, face brick and timber cladding links the buildings to the surrounding natural environment. Emphasis has been placed on a high-performance building envelope featuring large double glazing, a reverse brick veneer construction method and suspended concrete slab which resulted in an 8 star plus energy rating. The project is anticipated to be completed in late 2025/ early 2026.
